Edward Evans
Business Engagement Manager
BSc MSc MRICS CMgr
Edward joined 3ADAPT in 2025 as the Business Engagement Manager, with a goal of increasing the exposure of our LANDARNA profile to new clients and industries, thereby supporting the development of sustainable land strategies.
Before joining 3ADAPT, Edward spent three years as a Land & Property Manager for a Water Company, where he explored methods of generating value from non-operational assets. His work included assessments for biodiversity enhancements, social value generation, and commercial developments. This role helped him develop a solid understanding of creating land management strategies within a regulated environment and managing the associated risks and opportunities.
Edward is a passionate collaborator, drawn to 3ADAPT through his firsthand experience using LANDARNA to foster internal discussions and encourage collaborative land use decision-making, particularly when considering conflicting proposals.
Outside of work, Edward is an avid runner, having completed the Midnight Sun Marathon in 2023 and the London Marathon in 2024. He also enjoys outdoor activities, inspired by his upbringing in Eryri/Snowdonia, and undertook a 700km hike through Italy in 2025, among other challenges.
Edward is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a Chartered Manager (CMgr). He holds a BSc in Geology from Durham University and an MSc in Mining Geology from the University of Exeter (Camborne School of Mines).
