Led the post occupancy review of a pilot IKEA SCR store in Krasnodar and development of energy and water targets for future development program across Russia.
CORNWALL ENERGY ISLAND CORNWALL, UK
Collaborated with public, private and community sectors to develop an action plan to transition to a low carbon energy system to deliver local economic and social benefit. This led to a range of commissions including the development of an evidence base for Cornwall Council as part of a whole area approach to delivering sustainable energy infrastructure across the region.

Conducted research into delivering better university estates to attract and nurture talent. Involved interviewing senior decision makers and a survey of over 1,500 students.

Worked with central and regional local authorities to develop a needs based approach and dashboard to allocate national infrastructure budgets across Saudi Arabia to deliver national strategic development targets.

Provided sustainability consultancy on a range of projects to help become 'the worlds most sustainable major retailer by 2015'. These included an international competitor review to differentiate across international markets, establishing a continual improvement process and tool to track and deliver against Plan A performance targets across their asset portfolio.
