Francesca is a Senior Sustainability Consultant at 3ADAPT, and is passionate about strengthening long-term climate resilient strategies and driving greater sustainability awareness and engagement through meaningful collaboration.

Fran joins the team as a multidisciplinary sustainability professional with 5 years’ experience delivering ESG, climate risk, and Net Zero projects. She has led and developed a range of strategic sustainability portfolios including conducting CSRD-aligned Double Materiality Assessments and Climate Scenario Analysis in line with TCFD best practice and IFRS standards. Her expertise has enabled organisations to identify, disclose and monitor climate-related financial risks and opportunities whilst strengthening ESG strategies for lasting resilience, all while increasing sustainability awareness and buy-in across the board.

Fran enjoys working in a collaborative environment and excels at connecting the dots and driving integration - skills enhanced through previous secondments and diverse project and sectoral experiences prior to 3ADAPT. These include navigating global company business development and integration efforts in Adelaide, Australia, and co-coordinating the CLEVER project: a European Commission-funded initiative to standardise emission factors across the transportation sector. Fran is particularly drawn to complex projects and organisations, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and determination.

Outside of her work life, Fran will most probably be found cycling, running, or enjoying time with family and friends. She is currently committed to a full-on training regime for her first Ironman triathlon in September!
